The Bubbler- a small lure head with holes in to make a bubble trail to attract the fish.

The Bullet- a small pointed head to move through the water quickly behind the flasher.

The body on both heads is a rubber skirt with tinsel underneath.  Both would run behind a flasher/dodger just like a fly would.
